ACH Terms:

By electronically executing the Merchant Application and Agreement, you are requested to review and consent to Talus Pay crediting and debiting your linked bank account(s) for any amounts owed, including fees or other charges. This authorization applies to any bank account linked to your Talus Pay account. It complies with applicable rules, including ACH/Nacha for US bank accounts. The authorization includes the mandate language required under these rules, and it applies with the same force as if you had signed a physical copy. Talus Pay may debit your account without prior notice for any amounts owed. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that your bank account can accept ACH debits and that sufficient funds are available. In case of insufficient funds, it is your responsibility to ensure your account is funded for Stripe to re-process the debit.

The following authorization appears on the signature page of the Merchant Application and Agreement:

ACH DEBIT/CREDIT AUTHORIZATION: By signing below, each of the undersigned owners/officers of Merchant authorizes Synovus Bank and FPT Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Talus Pay to present Automated Clearing House credits, Automated Clearing House debits, wire transfers, or depository transfer checks to and from the account set forth under "Banking Information" on page 3 below and to and from any other account for which Synovus Bank and Talus Pay are authorized to perform such functions under this Merchant Application & Agreement and the Terms and Conditions (together, this "Agreement"), for the purposes set forth in this Agreement. This authorization extends to such entries in said account concerning: loaner, lease, rental or purchase agreements for POS terminals/equipment, Talus Pay Check Services, Talus Pay Gift Cards, amounts due for supplies and materials, and as otherwise due under this Agreement. This Automated Clearing House authorization cannot be revoked until all Merchant obligations under this Agreement are satisfied, and Merchant gives Synovus Bank and/or Talus Pay written notice of revocation.
